I have been meaning to create this inspirational word art “kindness” painting for some time. There is the need for “kindness of strangers”. You never know what has happened to another person so take time to be kind even if it appears to be unappreciated. You never know how small acts of kindness may impact the life of another. Keep trying.
Kindness is more than how we treat other people, but also about how we treat ourselves. This is a difficult time in the world. I struggle to allow myself the same kindness that I find easier in giving to others. I hope you find ways to give and receive more kindness in your life.
This pencil sketch is a drawing study for a future final color painting. The bubbles are the small waves of kindness rippling out in ways unknown to create positive energy within the world. Kindness matters.
